MSgt (ret) Vicky Baldwin is the Financial Officer for Healing Paws for Warriors (HP4Ws); providing financial guidance and support.

 

Vicky served 21 years in the United States Air force and additional 18 years as a Civil Service employee in Accounting, Finance and Budget before retiring. Since retiring, her goal is to give back supporting veterans and the local community.

 

After seeing the HP4Ws Facebook page, Vicky joined as a volunteer with the attitude of “what can I do”? Since joining, she has been an extremely active/dedicated member in all activities to include helping in raise money. She is a good fit for the Finance Officer position for our program.

 

Vicky has a Bachelors in Financial Management and an Associates in Resource Management.  She and her family have resided in the community for over 20 years along with their 3 dogs-- Max, Buffy and Sadie.
