Healing Paws for Warriors, Inc. truly values the contributions that our donors make as well as the relationships we establish with our donors to sustain our mission of support to wounded service members, their families, and the families of the fallen. To protect the privacy of our donors and to continue to be good stewards of our contributions, we maintain the following policies:


  • We do not trade our donor lists with other organizations.

  • We do not sell our donor lists to other organizations.

  • We will contact donors prior to listing their names in our publications to solicit their consent and their preferred listing.

  • We offer donors the option to be recognized anonymously.

  • Donors may request that they not be solicited in the future.

  • Donors may request not to receive mailings, such as our newsletter.


Information Security

Consistent with our Privacy Policy, HP4Ws takes the security of your personal and financial information very seriously and we take reasonable measures to safeguard your information. We comply with the standards for financial transactions, and other laws and regulations applicable to the information we collect from you.


Our network is composed of access-controlled measures, security monitoring tools, vulnerability management program, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, scheduled network scans, as well as internal and external penetration tests. When it is necessary for our service providers to have access to your information, we expect the same level of data security, integrity, and confidentiality standards as HP4Ws itself provides. 


While HP4Ws uses its best efforts to maintain this level of security across all our systems, we cannot guarantee or warrant that our systems or our service providers are not vulnerable to viruses, hacking or other security threats.
